I'm not recieving email from my form and jot form cant find my account

    I join jot form to create contact page for my webite now it not working and and i can find my account on jot form now

    im losing clients if this isnt working properrly

    Hi,

    Your email service provider has been rejecting our emails meaning your registered email address ended up on our bounce list.

    The reason from your email host was:

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'

    --

    I have now removed the  email address from our bounce list.

    Can you please try a test submission? If you email privder again rejects our emails, this is something that you will need to take up with them.

    Any form submissions will have also ended up on JotForms servers @

     http://www.jotform.com/myforms/

    is this not the case? or are you unable to access your forms on this page at all ?

    godaddy is saying you not allowing pull from there server. and still cant access my account i need help

    Hi,

    Your email address isn't listed in our bounce list anymore. Have you tried doing a live test submission to your form to check if the email notifications landed on your email account? Please try and check it and please get back to us for results.

    And, with regards to the issue that you can't access your account, are you referring to your account with Jotform? If yes, you can use our "Forgot Password" tool to reset your password. Your email address is info@*****davis.com.
