A submission is secure when it is made on a secure connection, i.e. when the form is browsed with SSL on (https instead of http). The difference between the two is that in a secure submission, the information submitted is encrypted before being sent over to the server. This results in less chances of data being compromised.
Secure submissions can be more advantageous to you and your visitors if you think that the information you are sking for in your forms is sensitive. It can also increase visitor confidence, meaning they would feel more safe in entering data in your forms.
To use your form as secure, just be sure to tick the secure form checkbox on when getting your embed codes in the Embed Form wizard
You can also just change all the form urls you share from http to https

Hope I was able to shed some light into the issue. Let me know if I missed anything or if you have other questions or concerns.
