    Hi,

We have limited the PDF submissions download to 20 per download session to avoid heavy server load which result to download timeouts.

You have to limit your submissions download by clicking on the small gear icon found on the upper right side of your submissions page. Check this screen:

You can also use "Custom Time Frame" to limit the date range of your submissions so you can get a smaller batch of submissions, must be lower than 20 for easier download.

    Thanks.

select multiple jotform submissions to print? There should be a check box next to each submission and a print button that will allow you to print the ones you checked.

This is actually possible now. You can select multiple items on the grid listing, and then click on the PDF icon to download selected entries.

    Thank you.

This thread is related to the PDF option, so I can not attach a ticket about standard printing option here.

You can submit a new thread with your request, then we will be able to forward the feature request ticket to our Development Team.

Note, each time when you click on the PDF icon the server is generating the PDF file for you. This is not an easy task as the whole documents is being created based on your form fields and submitted data. In other words, it might take some time to generate and download the file, especially if you select multiple answers and your form is long.

Another way to get submission PDFs is to use one of the following integrations:

In this way, you can automatically get the PDFs to your Box.net / DropBox / Google Drive.

    Hello nccfl1,

Can you please let us know the form id in question.

I did try to download the pdf by selecting few submissions of your form "Dear Applicant for the Practical Nursing Course" and I was able to download it successfully.

Please clear your browser cache and see if that makes any difference. Here is a guide which should help you clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

    Hello nccfl1,

You can only download up to 20 submissions in PDF. When you try to download all submissions in pdf you should see a message something like this:

That will give you an option to download your submissions in batches. Once the first set of 20 submission is downloaded, it will give you option to download the next set of 20. It will repeat until all submissions are downloaded.

You need to click on the "Download Next Part" button to download the next set of 20 submissions.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

You must follow the proper procedure to make partial downloads, just like EltonCris explained to you. Highlighting will not well, specially on large submissions file

    Hello,

Just to make sure, have you tried to download a smaller batch of submissions, for example 5-10 of those submissions. Is it still downaloding all submissions when you do that?

Is it the "Dear Applicant for the Practical Nursing Course" that our colleague ashwin tested, the form that is giving you problems?

Kindly comfirm that this is the form, so that we can test further . Thank you.

    Hi,

The form giving me problems is the one with like. 400 submissions i want to type in hvac in the search bar at the bottom and download the hvac submissions

I would like to inform you that it is currently not possible to filter downloads of submissions just like what you were trying to achieve with the hvac word search.

The most filtering available is the one mentioned already -- by date range partial downloading only.

Since it is only 400 submissions -- you can actually download one time, and just filter it later outside JotForm.

Please inform us if you need further assistance on this.

    Thanks.

I think this is quite an issue it should be made more simple to download specific files. This feature is pretty essential at the moment because I have to print alot of specific files. Downloading one at a time would take much to long. How would I filter it outside jotform there doesnt seem like an easy way to do so.

If you have any ideas about downloading improvements, you can post them on a separate thread. In this way, we will be able to forward a feature request ticket to our Development Team.

I think that Jonathan was probably referring to the Excel/CSV reports, you can easily download the full report and edit it on your computer.
