If you need to change the email address, first you need to delete the one that is listed in the recipients list, then add the new one. Please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email

If you need to add multiple recipients, this is only available for paid accounts:  https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.

I just posted a separate question, but it is related.  I am a sub-user on a paid account, and I am unable to add multiple email notifications without upgrading...  which I feel is also "ridiculous"...  It is the same company and we are sharing forms.

    Hi,

My colleague is now checking your other thread about the sub-user not able to add an email recipient. To avoid confusion, please wait for our reply on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1624862

    Thank you.

Thanks for looking into it.  I cannot get to that other thread.  I have tried as both the main user (mdimauro) and as the sub user (that's me - jpascon).  Sorry I thought I had switched accounts before posting.  When I click the link it asks me to sign in.  When I click "My Questions" from the forum page, I have no questions from either account.  Thank you!
