Is it possible to pull data from another form?

Thank you for the above, although I would like to know how you can self populate the managers email address from the form submitted as I am creating a form for a large organisation and the line managers email address will always be different?

Is there anyway to pull data/content from the form?

The only way to prepopulate the fields is through the form URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters 

It's not possible to prefill the fields with information submitted on another or the same form. Now, if you have a long list you may use a drop down to list the emails.
