1. Is it possible to delete submissions or do anything to make space available so I can continue to use the forms without upgrading?
2. I received a message that my forms have been disabled, how can I enable them again?

Here are the answers to your questions;
1. Send your form submissions to Dropbox before deleting them from your form submissions page. This way, you can free up a space on your account.
2. Since the reason why your form has been disabled is the space outages to your account, freeing up space on your account will enable them.
