Autoresponder email is not being sent for a form

    I have gone through all of the steps to ensure autoresponse is setup correctly but none of the replies are going to the recipient emails. I have tried posting the question to the forum but the once i click submit, the form data never seems to send.

If you are referring to the form https://www.jotform.us/form/81623999350163 in your account, I see that the autoresponder email is not set on the form. Please try adding the autoresponder email to the form by following the guide below:
