Hi there,
I've just upgraded to Silver, but JotPoll is still not loading.
I would like a full refund if this cannot be fixed.

I have just tried JotPoll in one of my forms and it seems to be working.

Can you please give us more details on what exactly is not working so that we can investigate the issue?

It says it's loading and it stays like that.
I've just sent this to over 5000 people and nobody can see the results. I really need an explanation. Trying to access this from Romania.

It seems that JotPoll is not loading for your account.

The issue should be fixed now.
Can you please try accessing http://www.jotpoll.com/ again while using your browser in Private Mode (Incognito)?

Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue when I signed into your account and opened the JotPoll app. Here's a screenshot:
Kindly check if you can access the app using Private Mode (Firefox) or Incognito (Chrome).
I also suggest you try accessing the app using these URLs: (http://jotpoll.com/) or (https://www.jotpoll.com/)

We have started logging issues for JotPoll.
Can you please kindly try again and let us know if the problem arises so we can check our logs and find its root cause?
