Hi I have succesfully done this with a couple of forms. I integrate the forms with Asana to create a task.

Is there any way that the URL to automatically redirect the user to Form 2 appears in Asana's Task?

Please note that the data of form fields are being sent to Asana. The URL to automatically pass data to another form requires field tag to add the field value which is only populated after the form is submitted. 

I will do some test and will get back to you if I am able to find any workaround to achieve your requirement.
