Square: The credit card fields are not working

The credit card information fields are not working on my form I created and linked to my Square account.

The form on the webpage you provided is disabled.

I cloned your form, but I do not see any issue with the credit card fields.

What exactly was not working on your form? Were the credit card fields missing or were you not able to type inside of them?
