Not receiving emails

    My organization is not receiving email submittals - I am not sure if it is an issue with them not being sent, or with our email service.  We have whitelisted the email addresses and ip addresses as suggested, however this did not resolve the issue. 

    One of the forms that we are having problems with is linked here:

    Hi there, I found two of the three addresses on that form to be on our Bounce List. You can see the reasons for this bellow:
    mfpd@mokenafire.org is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 The message from (<0000013b8cf= b4d9c-17b84024-da1f-4cb7-9cb2-530d54967914-000000@amazonses.com>) with the = subject of (Vehicle #: 16-06, Option 1 Engine / Truck Green Bag (oxygen) 12= -11-2012 11:01 AM) matches a profile the Internet community may consider sp= am. Please revise your message before resending.'

    I have since removed them from the list and cloned your form in order to run a test submission. I have received the e-mail notfication (I added my address to the other three) and that shows me that the error is not on our side but on the filtering of your service provider.
    Please let me know if the other addresses have received the notification as well. Again, double checking that the JotForm IP addresses are whitelisted with your e-mail provider would be the key of receiving your notifications.

    Thanks so much for the assistance! We’ve provided the Jotform ip addresses to the email provider and asked them to be white listed. They have advised that they are, but obviously we have no way of knowing for sure. The emails are starting to come in now, and the issue appears to be resolved. Thank you again!
