How do I shrink the height of a form. I see the option of width but no height.

The height of a form is determined by the number of fields that it has.
Because of this, there is no way to control the height of the form unless you are embedding it using iFrame code.
Within the iFrame code, you can define the width and height of the form container if you will. Note, you need to allow for scrolling if the height of your iFrame is less then that of the form.

Thanks! I'll continue to mess around with it. Is there a way to make the form 2 columns by chance?
