    No longer receiving email notifications

    Not receiving email notices on any of my forms. This has been going on a couple months, it looks like. I've used this service with much success for several years now, including premium when I need it - always been happy so let me just say thanks again.

    We had some email issues at the office a while back, I am told. Perhaps something bounced back to you and my email address was stricken from the record of validity. It's greg@cctvsalem.org. 

    I can let our IT specialist know about "whitelisting" with our email provider but I can't do that myself so I thought I would check on this possibility first. Thank you!

    Also: I've never changed the "noreply@jotform.com" sender address, it's still there...  :-)

    The reason our server got is this one:


    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 The message from (<0000013b635= 6eeae-1ccd51a9-f6ce-462b-bba6-9f83cfdf078b-000000@amazonses.com>) with the = subject of (New submission: Media Literacy Tour Request) matches a profile = the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before= resending.'

    I have removed such email address , however please check this guide to avoid further issues

    Thank you so very very much.  Just went through and changed all my active forms to conform with "Jotform" in the sender's name - most of my forms don't ask for the sender's name. Again, I appreciate the help. Support on this service is so incredibly attentive.
