Our form keeps getting stuck on a particular question and won't submit.

This multi question box keeps being highlighted as if it hasn't been filled in.  I took away the must complete option, I've duplicated it and removed the offending question, but problem still remains.

Are you referring to the form linked to Extended Consult Form on your web page https://www.riverinafamilychiropractic.com.au/forms

I have tried submitting the webpage and I was able to the submit the form without any issue. The thank you message is also displayed normally.

If you are referring to a different form, please provide us with the form ID/URL and the field name that you are experiencing the issue. We'll try to replicate the issue at our end and assist you further.

    Thanks!

Hi it only seems to happen on our ipads at our clinic.  It can happen on our new client forms as well as our extended consult forms.  It happens on both ipads we have one is a ipad pro2018 and an old ipad 4.

Once the forms are stuck then I have to clear the cache on the ipad to try again as the original form stays there until it is cleared

I have investigated the issue, multiline question fields act like required field even though it is not required.

It may be related to your form's caches, I cleared them however in your situation, what you should do is to embed the form to your webpage again.

When you open the form directly from its link https://www.jotform.com/81077340865864/  on your iPad, it will submit correctly. So the problem is mostly related to the embed code.

Can you please kindly delete and embed your forms to your webpage again? Also please clear your browser's cache after the process.

Please inform us if the issue still persists after embedding the form to your webpage again.
