I have attempted several times to attach the signature portion to a form that I'm trying to use. On occasion, I've seen the green verified symbol and a message that an error has occurred. This has been ongoing for several days.
Could this be because I'm using an email with Jotform that is not associated with Adobe?
Please advise me how to correct this situation so that my business will be up and running.

It appears that you have not authenticated your Adobe account in the widget.
Make sure to authenticate it. You can even contact Adobe support to confirm your account credentials.

I have tested this widget, and the verification process is done without a problem:
The problem might be related to your Adobe account credentials, have you contacted Adobe support?

Are you pressing the "Update widget" button after verifying your Adobe account?
Otherwise, it wont save the verification.

You may try using a different Adobe account to authenticate to see if that solves the problem. If it doesn't, please provide us the Form URL so we can take a look.
