Our account was downgraded to Silver.

    Our company account under Euney Kim used to be at a Silver Plan, then we changed it to GOLD plan in May, but now it changed back to Silver again.


    Could you please provide us with any information around it? Was there something done that prompt it to change back to Silver plan?

    It seems that the subscription to Silver was initiated on your end as the last subscription for Silver was last June 2018. If auto renewal was enabled for that subscription, then it should have automatically renewed last July, but it didn't so someone downgraded it from your end.

    I have cancelled and refunded your Silver subscription and set your account back to Gold. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.
