Issue with form submission in Safari browser

    Hello, this form us not working in safari but it will work in Chrome. Many of our users are in safari, please help!

    Is this issue affecting a mobile Safari on the iOS devices?

    There is a chance that something might be wrong with the processing of the date-time pickers. Could you please turn off the 'Lite Mode' for your date fields, and then test the form again to see if that makes any difference?

    Hello, it is not only the mobile version of Safari but also desktop and laptop.

    I did test your form in safari browser and it seems to work as expected. I was able to submit your form successfully and I was redirected to PayPal checkout page. Please check the screenshot below:
