I get an error message each time I try and submit a donation with a credit card via my form setup to collect payment from via Paypal Pro integration. I have tried multiple credit cards with the same results. I tried reissuing the API credentials. I tried deleting the collect payment option from the form save it and then readded it.
On my real main donation form I have had to switch back to regular paypal so that I am able to collect donations in the mean time so I had to delete the paypal pro from that form by the error I am getting is as follows:

What am I doing wrong. Are you able to diagnose this without the payment option being active on this form? When I test the integration it passes. I just enabled Paypal Pro on my account again. I had it enabled in the past, disabled it for a few months and now its enabled again.

Your problem seems to be related with your account configuration, as you could see the error details that you have provided comes with the error 10501;
10501 - error code
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.
Please refer the bolded text above, please make sure that your billing agreement is enabled or is active.

By the way, the error information was taken from Paypal's List of API Error Codes.
