    Hi,

You will need to inject custom CSS codes to your form, we can help you for that but we need to know what form in your account is this?

You can use this guides to hide certain labels from your form:

How to apply custom CSS to a particular field

How to Find Out the Field ID and Name in a Web Form

    Thanks

I am having this same problem - can someone help with the custom CSS needed? Also, I need to add a link in the descriptive text and not sure how to do this.
