Switching BACK to the OLD VERSION

    Greetings!


    I see the 'fix' for changing the layout back to the old version, but I'm not finding where the "Submission view" is. Generally I just use the old style PDFs that were sent to my email.  Which were perfect!  This new set up has the information all over the place.  I REALLY need it back in the old format, please.

    Please help!!

    Hello,

    Upon checking your account I can see that you have already managed to switch to the old version successfully. If you need to switch your other accounts, please select Customize PDF option on the submissions page. Inside of new PDF designer, there would be a switch to old button at the top right corner:

    When the email is sent upon completion of a form (when someone clicks 'submit')... will I need to go back and choose the old format every time?

    Hello,

    If you switch to the old version, this will take effect for all of your forms. However, if you are using sub users feature, the parent account needs to be switched as well.

    YAY! Thank you SOOOOOOOO much! I simply love Jot Form. I don't know how I'd be able to work remotely from home without it! Glad to have everything "back to normal"...lol

    We are pleased that switching old version solves the issue you have been experiencing. However, could you please answer the following questions:

    1. Did you run into any other problem with PDF Editor?

    2. Is there anything that you couldn’t figure out?

    3. Is there any suggestion you can make to improve the things for you?

    Thanks for the response provided. Note that if at any point you wish to switch to the new PDF Editor, the option will be available within the submissions view and Customize PDF view.
