I have changes the notification address but it still send to my old address

    HI there,


    I am having problems with this site....whenever I make changes and save it does nothing....it does not record my changes....

    I have changed the email address to receive my notifications....clicked done and save and when I test it it still sends to old address.....why....it's really annoying....

    Hello Vesica.  Can you provide us the URL of your form so we can have a look? It would be great also if you can share with us how you tested your form.

    Please have in mind that when testing email notification using the Test Email button, it will ONLY send emails to the email address that is set into your Jotform account (the Primary email address), but that doesn't mean the email alerts are not working.

    Simply open your form on "live mode" (clicking on "Preview") and send a submission from there.If you have specified another email address , you should get the notifcation on that account as well.
