Switching back to old PDF don't work

    Hi, I have switched our forms back to the old pdf style in the view submissions page

    but yet we keep getting the new styled pdf files and they don't work fork us cause we send to a supplier that needs to scan them


    Please, need help resolving this

    May we know the form you're using?

    Have your tried using other browser in downloading your PDF?

    Can you please provide us a screenshot of your PDF with the new style?

    I tried using Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer

    same issue in everyone


    And the main issue is the pdf submission in the email, cause thats the one that we forward

    But the result is the same in both the download and the email submission

    Hi,

    https://form.jotformeu.com/82883909932371 : This form belongs to "coorfm" and it is still using new PDF Editor. We have manually switched this account to the old PDF editor.
