PDF is empty and blank!

    Hi
    I have a problem
    From Monday, October 15th
    the pdf attached to the email is completely white and without any information.
    I did not make any changes. I have not changed the setting.
    What happens?
    Can you fix the problem or how can I do it?

    Try switching back to the old PDF layout and see if the issue persists.  To convert to the old layout, select a form then click on "View Submissions".  From there, click on "PDF", then click on "Customize PDF":

    From there, click the "Switch to old version" button to switch to the old layout:

    Apologies for the delay, this should now be resolved.  Let us know if the issue persists and we will be happy to have another look.  The PDF should no longer be sent empty/blank.
