    my form  https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/52202499676362

I uploaded a file it's secure, only me can see it

I uploaded a file that is stored here: https://www.jotform.com/uploads/sophrokhepri/52202499676362/4155198616518426365/12%20couleurs.jpg

due to the link adress beginning with www.jotform.com instead of eu.jotform.com it seams that it is stored in U.S. or elsewhere but not in Europe
    can you confirm  this?

    another question concerning security:
am I the only loged user able to access the file or anyone else  logged at jotform can see it?

    Hi @sophrokhepri,

JotForm is fully compliant with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law. Even though the upload file URL says .com, your data is still stored on EU servers.

Please review our GDPR compliance page for more details - https://www.jotform.com/gdpr-compliance/

    About File Upload Security -

When users upload the file, we give them URLs that are impossible to guess. However, we also have a feature to increase the protection of files uploaded to forms. You can enable this feature on your account settings to instantly restrict your uploads to only be accessible while you are logged in.

I hope this helps. Let us know should you need further assistance.

you didn't answerd to my main question

    here it is clearly:

where is that this file stored?

     https://www.jotform.com/uploads/sophrokhepri/52202499676362/4155198616518426365/12%20couleurs.jpg

    it's a file i uploaded from my eu.jotform acount.

Due to the link adress beginning with "www.jotform.com" instead of "eu.jotform.com" it seams that it is stored in U.S. or elsewhere but not in Europe (germany I guess)

Please answer to that question before I ask Aytekin!
