PDF Downloads is not working today

    We download forms from Jotform routinely, and today, the PDF's being downloaded from Jotforms look horrible and are hard to read.  What used to be 1-2 pages long, is now 5-7 pages long.  The fonts are weird, large and distributed weirdly, etc....

    Is there a setting that has been changed causing this issue?

    We've tried the new version as well, with similar results.

    Can you please help out?

    We released a new version of the PDF editor which did change the layout of PDF's.  Converting to the classic layout would revert the PDF's the their previous layout.  To convert to the old layout, select a form then click on "View Submissions".  From there, click on "PDF", then click on "Customize PDF":

    From there, click the "Switch to old version" button to switch to the old layout:
