How can I change the name of the form

My form used to be called "Save a Sato Application", but we are now a new Non-Profit and we are called Make a Difference Rescue of WNY and I have tried to change the name that pops up when I copy the link, but it still says Save a Sato Application.  Can you help?  My form is at:

and if you copy and paste it into a message it pops up "Save a Sato Application"

The issue is now resolved. The form title is now updated when sharing it on Facebook. I used the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool to scrape your form's URL.
