Data can be erased after form submission?

I have created a form (recorded application) which is integrated to box. Once I submit the form the information comes to my box account. At the same time can the information not be stored in any of your servers or if we can get any paid service to erase the data. I have tried auto deletion app but it doesn't send any information to box. 

The auto delete app should forward data to integrations before it is removed from our servers.  We don't have any other form of automatically removing data from our servers and it isn't possible to prevent the data from first being stored there.  The submit process is form submission to our database then to integrated apps.  I tested with a couple different integrations and this does seems to be the case.
