Failed email verification: Not valid link

I am trying to join and use Jot Form through via my gmail account. The email confirmation link takes to me a "Not valid link This link is not valid!." Can you help?

Are you trying to create a new account using your Gmail address? Or are you trying to change the email of an existing account?
