The form doesn't submit when when Book Appointment is clicked, it only works with the PayPal option.

I tried that and it still didn't work. When I select the pay with cash option submission takes a long time.

Same problem as the guy below me. Removed Google integration and now it works fine.

I'll submit this to our development team for further investigation. We'd suggest to keep on monitoring your form as I'm sure this issue wouldn't take long.

the issue is resolved, you can use the integration with no problem. this was due a wide update with our integration system. sorry for the inconvenience.
