What is your recommendation for the best way to reconcile transactions through a jotform and authorize.net?

We are struggling with the best way to identify where funds processed through our jotforms and authorize.net come from so accounting know's where to credit those funds.  Should we be using a hidden field that passes info through authorize.net to identify to accounting where the funds came from or some other process?

You can pass 2 custom fields to Authorize.net, the Email Address field or the Invoice Name.

For the email address field, it is the email field. For the Invoice Name, you can select a regular text field or Short Text Entry field.

You will find this option in the Additional Gateway Settings of the payment field.
