Hi Support,
I have been doing some tests on the forms today. I've noticed that when I submit a form it takes a long time to submit it and I am getting "Bad gateway" message after the submission.
Can you please help?

If this is still happening up to now, can you please provide us the link to your form, and if in case it is embedded on a webpage, can you also please provide us a URL where the form is embedded?

Thanks for your email, I've changed the email address's from our custom
domain to our gmail accounts and it seems to be working now, so I'll keep
you posted.

Thanks for keeping us posted, Kim. It has also been confirmed by our development team that this issue on the bad gateway error has been resolved already.
In any case that this problem occurs again, please let us know.
