Up until today I've had no problem seeing the full source code for my jotforms. I need to cut and paste the source code for every update because the new version of Windows does not like it when I link my page to jotform.com.
Is this a side-effect of the data troubles that have been going on? When will this feature be restored? Are you planning to restore this feature? If this feature is not able to be restored promptly, I'll have no choice but to discontinue my subscription to your service.

What is the exact problem? What is the error you got? Is there an error? Can you post some screenshots?
Can you write the detailed scenario so that we can recreate the error?

I made no mention of an "error", only a feature that once existed and now seems to have disappeared.
The exact problem is when I go into "setup and share" for my form and select "source code" I can only see the option of selecting a link to my form, whereas prior to yesterday there were more options for me to cut and paste the full source code so I could embed it directly into my site's html form. If my memory serves me, there were, until yesterday, multiple options on the left hand side of the source code popup.
I need to see and copy the actual html source code as I've been doing for the past few weeks, not just a link to the form on your site.

Under "Setup & Share" tab there is "Source" option. You can get actual HTML source code from there.

No, I can't. Not today. When I choose "Source" I only have the option of copying a LINK to my form. There are no other options. The only other button is the "OK" button which makes the Source popup disappear. I've tried it over 10 times today with the same result. I'm not new at this. I've been updating my forms with no problems for weeks prior to this issue. Have you tried clicking on "Source" today? Does it work for you?

First click on "Source" option.
Second, select the code and paste on your page.

That is not the html source. That's a link to a java script. The html source is many hundreds of lines long. Where can I get the html source like I could last week?

Please try to copy and paste that code somewhere. Its really long.

Ok. Thank you very much.
I love jotforms but next time when you change a feature such as this, it would be nice to let us all know beforehand. Then I'd love jotforms even more and would avoid heart trouble.

We did have posted on our blog about it at December 28th:
But we must update user guide as soon as possible sorry for the confusion.
Thank you =)

Was this feature not previously available by not clicking "Embed" but by clicking "Source Code" just a few days ago? No matter. As long as there's a way. Thanks again.
