We are trying to figure out why we have not received payment from some of our form submissions. They are listed as "Pending Submissions". We continue to receive payments from other people submitting the form, but for a select few, they are put into this "pending" category. Is this based upon the client's type of payment (credit card, debit. etc.)? Please help!

Pending submissions are submissions that a user hasn't completed. So, if the user submits your form they get sent to the payment gateway. But, if they choose not to make a payment at that stage the payment gateway can't send any information back to JotForm. For example, if the user goes to Paypal but then closes the window, no information about the payment can get back to jotForm. We keep submission data on all forms which have payment integration until we get a valid response from the payment gateway.

Is there a way to download the pending transactions to let them know their submission is incomplete without the payment?
