Save and Continue for Later session email is not working

    Hello,


    I followed the instructions at https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later for https://form.jotform.com/82887385146168 and

    https://form.jotform.com/82459112656157.

     

    In our testing phase, we found that the user needs to use a computer (not a phone) for the registration form.

    Also, if we use a computer on the registration form, the email was received to go to the application form.

    However, when we returned none of the responses were saved.


    Please help,

    I checked the form and I found that the session email link in the Autoresponder email is faulty. The Email field id should be {email4} but in the link, you used {email}

    Please check on this and correct it as needed. It should work once corrected.
