    I have an auto-responder that is supposed to propagate fields, but one isnt showing at all and the full name is being stuck in the first name field.

    Any help would be great.  Thanks.

    Hello, I am sorry to hear that this is giving you trouble. After inspecting your form's autoresponder I can see that you've applied this as a link. I don't quite know of it working this way because of the way the Email Template is setup so the url isn't recognizing it fully.

    Are you trying to have it prepopulate the survey form with the field data?

    What you could do is have your Puliz Survey Form be filled out and automatically prepopulate the second form you have with the Survey Form that's sent to the customer but have the link to the second form be sent in your Notification. This will also let you use the Form Fields in your notification without hyperlinking them so that they will show up with the associated data from the first form.

    Please let us know if you need more helps and if this is something that will work for you?

    Im not entirely sure what youre talking about.  Its doing what I want, but the propagated info isnt quite right.

    You are probably looking for the following URL:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/23535107161142?fullName1[first]={clientsFull:first}&fullName1[last]={clientsFull:last}&email3={clientsEmail}&orderNumber={orderNumber}

    Please try that URL on your Autoresponder, and let us know if something is wrong. We will be happy to help.

    Ive actually added a few fields to be propagated.  How do I go about adding them?

    Select a Field and then click on the "Properties" icon and choose "Show Properties".

    In the "Properties" window you will see the Question name and the  field ID under the Field Details section.

    Let's say you want to add the one on the example above

    You need to add an ampersand symbol (&) followed by yourname={yourName}

    Where yourname is the Label Name or Question name , and  {yourName} is the variable field

    Does this work with fields with multiple entries like dates?

    Here is the link that its generating.  My "movedate" fields look a little different than the Name ones do.  Maybe thats it:

    Hi there,

    The issue is with the link on your autoresponder.

    http://form.jotform.us/form/23535107161142?fullName1[first]={clientsFull:first}&fullName1[last]={clientsFull:last}&email3=clientsEmail}&orderNumber=orderNumber}&moveDate[month]={moveDate:month}&moveDate[day]={moveDate:day}&moveDate[year]={moveDate:year}&salesperson={salesperson}&packedby={packedby}&driverandcrew={driverandcrew}

    Please give that a try and let us know if the issue continues!

    Okay, its getting there.  The Full Name, Email, Order Number, Move Date and Salesperson are propagating.  The Pack Date, Packed By, Driver/Crew are not.

    Thanks for all the help.

    Thats it!!  Its perfect!  Thanks so much!

    One more thing:  The link for copy/pasting in case they cant open the link is coming out funky.  Its not displaying correctly in the autorespond email?  Thoughts?

    Any changes that you make on the autpresponder will be reflected on the e-mail itself.  You can edit this using the e-mail wizard.

    If you need further assistance, please provide us with an image of the problem and let us know what it should look like.

    We'll be glad to assist you!

    You will need to use the URL encoding for your Text Area fields.

    packedBy={URLENCODE:packedBy}

    drivercrew={URLENCODE:drivercrew}

    So the final Link URL value is:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/23535107161142?fullName1[first]={clientsFull:first}&fullName1[last]={clientsFull:last}&email3={clientsEmail}&orderNumber={orderNumber}&moveDate[month]={moveDate:month}&moveDate[day]={moveDate:day}&moveDate[year]={moveDate:year}&salesperson={salesperson}&packedBy={URLENCODE:packedBy}&drivercrew={URLENCODE:drivercrew}&packDate[month]={packDate:month}&packDate[year]={packDate:year}&packDate[day]={packDate:day}

    Note: you can use any Text for your prepopulation link, but the Link URL is must be correct.

    Thank you.
