I have created a Grid report, I can view it fine when logged in, however I have shared this with a colleague and she can not view the data. She enters the password, the spinner spins for a while, however the data never loads. I have the same issue when I am not logged in.

Could you share the Grid Report URL and the form URL so we can take a look? Have you shared the report protecting it with a password?

The report is indeed password protected and has HIPAA sensitive data, so it needs to stay password protected.

I would recommend you to remove  the password protection feature, since your account is under the HIPAA compliance anyone with the report's link will be asked to request access to the data, you will need to allow access.
