Dear sir, madam,
I do not receive any mail from my form. I can see my test-submissions under 'My Forms', but I have not received any of the four tests.
Already tried another recipient e-mail (Should be email@example.com and tested with firstname.lastname@example.org) with no results. The spamfolders are empty at the time being.
Would you help me solve this problem?

The emails you mentioned are not on our bounce list to it should work fine. Please open your notification setup and set the SENDER EMAIL to email@example.com and see if it works.
