I made a change in my form and doesn't show on the preview mode.

It's a data replication issue. It should sort itself.
However, I would recommend you to see the direct form url ie http://www.jotformz.com/form/21634504831650 to check if the changes have been made on the form.
Let me know if you have other concerns.
