    Conditional logic continues to fail

Asked by ctabor1 on January 03, 2013 at 09:33 AM

Works one time, then some parts stop, so I re-do it... and it goofs up again.

I am not sure how to make sure this continues to display as it should.  I've tried multiple configurations.

This is on a wordpress page, using your code for WP.   Hope you can help solve this...

    I am very frustrated...   :(

OK... got this to work finally... using your page collapse feature...

HOWEVER... when someone fills out the basic inquiry, the email notification also includes some fields that are not included or necessary.

Not a big deal, but why is that happening?

This happens because the email alert template does generates taking all of the fields into a form. However, you can always customize your email alerts and include only the necesary fields

How can you customize email alerts if it is based on conditional logic?
    Doesn’t make sense.

You can create more than one email alert for each conditional. In fact there is a guide I made for that purpose
