What if i want to add two forms on a single page?

This method supports one form only. The only option would be through the static HTML tab: https://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-a-form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-

Okay, yeah, i later figured it out through iFrame. got 3 tabs working great!
