    Why is this form not loading correctly?

    Why is it when we fill out this application form, it does not go through? It's bumps us off as if the form didn't exist?

    Usually we see a "Thank you" but nothing shows up! What is wrong?

     

    On this page you will see two tabs, one for "Apply for Royal Servants" and another "Apply for Kairos"

    the "Apply for Kairos" is the broken form. Can you help?

    I do want to mention, that the "push-back" email that gets sent to the applicant come out fine... we just are hitting a bug when it comes to the loading of the "Thank You"... It is confusing our applicants that their submission didnt go through, even though they still get the confirmation email in their email accounts.

    I've taken a second look at this problem and after visiting the provided link http://reignministries.org/apply/  to the website you provided at the start of this thread I'm not too sure that this is a problem on our end as it appears to be related to the server your website is on though I could possibly be wrong.

    The reason I say this is because the link to your form here http://www.jotform.com/form/3400713478 on our website where it was built shows your form perfectly fine, working and visible. But then when I fill out the form it fills in and submits fine then it seems like you have it linked back to your website via a redirect if I am not mistaken?

    I get the same error as your problem which is displayed in the screenshot i've provided below when I visit several links that lead to your website including the main - https://www.google.com/#hl=en&tbo=d&output=search&sclient=psy-ab&q=http:%2F%2Freignministries.org%2Fapply%2F&oq=http:%2F%2Freignministries.org%2Fapply%2F&gs_l=hp.3...1727.1727.0.2412.1.1.0.0.0.0.68.68.1.1.0.les%3B..0.0...1c.1.919GoBhV4zc&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.r_qf.&bvm=bv.1355534169,d.eWU&fp=a2422b16b2310b6&bpcl=40096503&biw=1366&bih=643

     

    Are you able to get to your website from your side?

    Also is our form embedded on the mentioned webpage you apply or have you relinked it?

    Because the URL you have as Thank You URL is empty:

    http://www.reignministries.org/apply/royal-servants/thank-you/

     

    You should change that URL or change the Thank You page to default mode. If you need any further help with this please let me know.
