How to change favicon of the form?

Please find the solution for it. You guys had said that after taking subscription plan branding of JotForm will be removed from everywhere but what I am seeing your branding is showing everywhere whether it is in submit URL, favicon in title tab

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to change the favicon of form. The only option currently available is to download your form's full source code and then add html code to add your own favicon. I am also creating a feature request ticket and escalating to to our backend team as well. Though we cannot provide an ETA on this but we will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.
