NEEDS WORK!A nice idea if it worked OK. I tried tidying up the layout of the pdf, and this worked well - very easy to move things about, change text box sizes etc. However, I then went to print/download the forms. This is where the glitches start. Firstly the print button only seems to prints page 1 of each pdf. So I then tried downloading, but all the formatting changes I made don't appear on the pdfs I download! So all the faffing I did to the layout was pointless. Also there is no option to print or dowlnoad all the forms out (as the old version did), so you have to do it one at a time (bit of a pain if you have lots of submissions).Sorry , but I'm am reverting to the old version till these glitches are ironed out!Very good idea though.

    Print button:

The Print button in the new PDF editor works for us. It prints all the pages that you have added there. What browser did you use to print the PDF? I tried with Chrome and Firefox, and it worked well there.

    Formatting on the downloaded PDF:

Would you mind cloning the original form and create the layout again? Or, give us an idea of your formatting, we'll try to create it to our end. We would need to replicate the problem or at least see the problem to your form before we'll create a ticket about it.

    Download all submission as PDF:

You need to go back to the submissions page and click the PDF button (old layout). For the new sheets page/layout, you will have to click the Download in Green button and choose Download as PDF:

    Thanks for the response.

Print button (Resolved) - I think this is a browser issue, I have to use either Edge (old version) or explorer at work.  Tried on Chrome, and it does work.

Formatting  - Sorry not sure how to clone the report.  Basically all i did was move the headers about, and resized the text boxes to fill across the whole page (they were all squished on half the page.  Printing on Chrome keeps the reformatting OK, but it doesn't apply when I download it in Chrome.

Download all - I am not sure what page this is a screenshot of.  When i click green download it button it automatically downloads as pdf, no other options.  Also, I dont have the toggle switch to go betwen single/multiple.

Formatting: You seem to have a local copy of that PDF. Can you send it over or have us a screenshot of that? You can send the file to support@jotform.com. Please reference this thread ID #1626119 in the subject line.

When I say clone the form, I meant the form itself, not the report. This method https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account - and re-create the PDF in the cloned form, so we can check it there instead. We do not want to touch the live form and break it over during our test.

Download all: You need to access the new submissions page. If your last form ID is correct, you should have the URL as https://www.jotform.com/sheets/82904606200650. Otherwise, please try accessing My Forms page, click More option and see if you have View Spreadsheet option. That should take you to the submissions page that I've mentioned.

    Files sent as requested.

I don't have the view spreadsheet option, using either of the above options.

I made a clone of the form, and entered some dummy data.  In both Chrome and explorer formatting is fine (no changes needed).  File will also print and download fine in Chrome, but only download option works in Explorer.

Thank you for sending the files.

As far as I could see, the unformatted layout is caused by the old formatting bug, and this was fixed already. I've cleared your forms cache once again (I already did this the other day). I'd appreciate if you can try again on the original form to see if it's formatted nicely now. If not, I'll create a ticket about it.

We suggest keeping Google Chrome or Firefox for printing. Internet Explorer is known to have issues with print dialogs. I cannot get it to work either, but I'm sure the fix is in the settings itself. If Internet Explorer is vital to this process, let me know and I'll jump in there and try to find a fix of it.

I've moved your question regarding the New Spreadsheet View to a new thread. I'll escalate it to the Level-2 to check if they can Switch the submission's view option.
