FORM NOT WORKING URGENT!!

    DEAR SIR,

     

    WE HAVE A APLICATION FORM THAT IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE. WE JUST SPENT 25 PETITIONS OF 100. WE HAVE TRIED TO FILL THE FORM BUT DOSEN´T ARRIVE TO MY EMAIL OR ACCOUNT.

     

    SINCE WE HAVE SOME CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS THAT HAVE FILL FORMS THESE 2 PAST WEEKS; PLEASE CAN YOU TRY TO GET THEM FOR US? OTHERWAYS WE WILL LOOSE THESE FORMS WITH ALL THE INFORMATION FROM OUR CUSTOMERS. 

    NOW WE HAVE MAKE AN UPGRADE TO A PREMIUM ACCOUNT SO TO TRY TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

    Hi Victor,

    Your settings were fine and your email address is NOT listed in our bouce list but since you are using the email field as your form notification sender, I suggest you to whitelist jotmails ip address (Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses).

    With regards to your submissions, even if you do not received the form notifications the submission will still go through. I've check your form submissions and I can see some are submitted a few weeks ago, have you check it?

    Hi Welvin,

    Thank you. About 3 submisions where made yesterday and today (i just talk to our clients) and i cant find them anywhare..

    Another question: We have make an upgrade to Premium. Please tell me where we can get the invoice of this purchase. Also there is a problem with the taxes since you have charge us 21% of IVA and in the Canary islands, Spain is 5%.(IGIC)

    Did you checked your form's submissions page? If the submissions wasn't there then most probably the form wasn't submitted or they might be experiencing problems on their browser which is possibly the caused why their data wasn't submitted. Unfortunately the best way to overcome this is to ask them to resubmit their entry.

    The tax shows 0.00, is there any actual charged taken from your account? I couldn't find any records related to tax charged from here.
