blank response forms

    I get the emails when a contact fills out the form however it is blank. The pdf link displays the contacts information, the email does not.Please advise.

    Hello VC7.  It seems you have modified your email notification previously then modified your form.  When this happens, your email notification's content won't update anymore.  This is why the email field on your email notification does not appear.

    There are two ways to fix this

    1. Create a new email notification - Edit your form > Email Alerts > Add New Email > Notification and finish the wizard

    2. Edit your email notification's content - Edit your form > Email Alerts > Select the Notification that you wish to edit.

    a. On the content (WYSIWYG editor), put your cursor in-line with the email field.
    b. Under Form Fields (right panel), click on Email.  You will notice that there will appear a new variable {email4}.
    c. Remove the old {email} variable.
    d. Finish the wizard
    e. Save your form
