    I don't receive e-mails

    Hello. For more than 1 month I didn't receibed any question by formular to my e-mail address.

    Few days ago I prepaired some test message in formular on my web: http://85mm.eu/contact.htm and sent.

    Until today I didn't received this message. I forget my password, and tried to reset it by web.

    I placed my e-mail addres : office@85mm.eu, but still have no message.

    Please send me instructions by traditional e-mail, because somehow I can not receive your e-mails.

    Hello Lucjan.  Upon checking, your email address landed on our bounce list due to your mail service provider blocking emails sent by our system:

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 ac24rbl Spam rejected bad subj= ect'

    I have removed your email address from the list.  You should be able to receive notifications again.  May I suggest also that you contact your email service provider and have the following IP addresses whitelisted that are found on this user guide.

    Also, you can try adding noreply@jotform.com just in case.

    Hello Iiyam. Thanks for your help. I already sent request my provider.

    Please send me login&pass to my e-mail, so I could maybe receive sent formulars in jotform web panel.
