    Upon review of your account I found that it was automatically suspended (autosuspended) by our Phishing Detector Tool because form: requesting login credentials (email/username/password) 

    Gathering this type of data infringes our Terms of Use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this kind of service.

    I have deleted the infringing fields and reactivated your account.
