    We don't receive the emails from the notifications since 2013

    Hello,

    We had some problems in november and you told me that our email adress is not anymore on the bouncelist.

    What can we do with that problem?

    Hello

    Here we have this problem -> that we reached the limits, but it isn't correct. If you forward the notification the error shows up: Oopss...reached the limits.

    But we have only around 50.

    Please check.

    The Email Address that is associated on this form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/21224219752347 is IN our bounce list for the following reasons;

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 Spam not welcome #240#'

    I have already removed it from the list. Please check this guide for additional information about this kind of issue and its solution: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues

    In the notification i have now:

    sender name: choosing Name and Firstname

    Sender email: notreply@jotform.com

    and: Reply Email: Email-Adress from the form

    is that correct? the reply Email can be the Email-Adress from the form?

    Yes, it get listed on our bounce list. Check this guide for additional information on how to prevent it from happening again: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues

    Way back to the form limits errorr, you say "If you forward the notification the error shows up: Oopss...reached the limits.".

    -Do you mean by this that when you are forwarding a submission from the FORM submissions page? If yes, I have tried it but I couldn't get the error. I have tried submitting data on your form and it still does NOT give me an error. All works fine.

    -Can you give me a screenshot? If possible.

    Yes I meant this: Do you mean by this that when you are forwarding a submission from the FORM submissions page?

    Hi Sandra,

    I just found something from my colleague, I'm not aware of this before and I am sorry for that. Basically, free users can only send/forward submissions 2 times per hour. We had to do this because spammer abused this feature to send spam using our servers. 

    The limits are higher for Premium/Professional users. So, if you really need this feature, you should probably consider upgrading.

    And a tipp would be: change the error from "oops...reached limits" to "oops...reached limits from forwarding submissions" ;-)would be better to understand ;-)

    Hi Sandra,

    Apologize but I don't exactly know the limits for forwarding submissions for both Premium and Professional users. I have ask this to our management and I will let you know if they come up with the answers.

    I just received the information about the limit for forwarding submissions for Premium and Professional Users. They can forward up to 100 submissions per hour.

    Hello Sandra.  Sorry about this.

    Yes, I have just checked the two email addresses and both are not in the bounce list.  If you're not receiving notifications from these, can you check your spam folder.

    If you are using an email client software such as Outlook, Eudora, or Mozilla Thunderbird, you can try logging in to your web mail (logging in using a browser) and check your spam folder there. This is because most web mail services do not allow emails that land on the spam to be downloaded.

    Regarding the other emails that had been added to the bounce list, what I can suggest is have these domain names added to the address book of the email accounts that had been added to the bounce list:

    Jotmails.com Amazonses.com Noreply@jotform.com

    If this does not work, you can change the email sender address to the email address field of your form, and then have the following IPs whitelisted by the hosting service provider of the domain:

        188.138.116.138
        107.20.173.204
        174.34.57.218
        174.34.57.216
        174.34.57.214
        174.34.57.219
        208.117.50.251
        85.25.117.56
