Collect Data from Driving Widget and pass it to Tookan application?

Any I have been hitting a wall as to how to pass driving distance widget address through zapier. I am trying to connect with app called tookan. Tookan needs pickup address and a delivery address separately.

Any Idea how to pass this info from Jotform to Tookan?

Unfortunately, I'm don't think that is possible since the widget acts in separate iframe and data cannot be extracted like that.
