Hello Jotform support
We are a webdesign Company that uses your product on a daily basis. (We find it super and it works for us) We have a premium plan for the moment and recommend it. All our clients are aware that we use JotForm as a Form Tool. They are also aware that they need to upgrade as soon as they reach their limits.(nobody has a problem with this)
They do not however want to login to jotform every day to see if they have notifications, they prefere and expect the notification to be sent to their e-mail address.
We are becoming fearful because we do not know if the notifications are delivered.
Many of our clients where on your Bounce list, this has been solved, your IP adress is on our whitelist.
Some of our Clients are simply not recieving any e-mail notifications.
We use firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid spam problems.
What can we do here?
Send you an E-mail every week to check the bounce liste?(This would not be fun for you or us)
are info@e-mails addresses the problem maybe? (so many companies use info@ )
many people are nervouse because they cannot trust if the form is working or not. (loss of business and sales)
I do not want to change solution here, the product has been great except for this issue.
please please help us find a solution to trust the notifications again.

The link provided is an example of a client that does NOT recieve noticications since 2013 was on your bounce list and now seems to have reached the limit. This customer will upgrade soon, but has not reached the limit just yet.Page URL:
